I contract for a small CRO producing project proposals, managing projects, running assays, and performing data analysis. I was awarded multiple grants for early career researchers during graduate school and I was the Principle Investigator on an EPA SBIR grant developing biomaterials.
I received my PhD in May 2024. My work focused on the role of a non-coding RNA, Snord116, on cardiac remodeling and cardiomyocyte function.
Data analysis (Prism and SPSS), cell culture, cardiomyocyte isolation, living myocardial slices, microscopy, immunohistochemistry, transfection, western blots, animal handling and mouse colony management.
I am an optimist that loves working with others to solve challenging problems.
